Indianapolis International Airport is located about 14 miles southwest of downtown, right off I-70. Depending on traffic, it usually takes 20–30 minutes to reach the city center by car. Your driver will pick up and drop off passengers at the Ground Transportation Center, which is located on the first floor of the Terminal Garage. From there, it’s a short walk to baggage claim and ticketing inside the main terminal.

For departures, we recommend arriving at the airport at least two hours before your flight. Your bus will drop you off at the same Ground Transportation Center, so you can quickly get inside to check your bags and go through security. If you’re flying out of a different airport, such as Eagle Creek Airpark or Indianapolis Regional Airport, we can arrange pickups and drop-offs there as well.
